How Mouad Researches Each Article
- Start with the claim. What does the product or the trend actually promise?
- Find the best evidence. Peer-reviewed studies, official guidance (such as the FDA, FTC, NIH or the maker’s own spec sheet) and independent consumer tests.
- Check the product. Is the listing correct, are the specs published, and what do buyer ratings and recalls show?
- Write it simply. Short answers first, sources linked at the bottom, and no prices that go out of date.
