How PrimeDigger researches a topic.
1. Start with the claim.
What does the product, label, or company actually promise? That promise is what we check.
2. Read the evidence.
Peer-reviewed studies, official guidance, privacy policies, and product documentation. We link our sources so you can check them too.
3. Say what we don’t know.
If the research is thin, or we haven’t used a product ourselves, we say so plainly instead of pretending.
