Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use primedigger.com or buy a PrimeDigger ebook. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
The short version
- Our articles and ebooks are general information, not professional advice.
- Prices and product details are set by the seller, so check them before you buy.
- Ebooks are for personal use. We fix or refund broken files, wrong files or double charges reported within 14 days.
- These terms follow Moroccan law, without removing the consumer rights of your own country.

Our articles and ebooks are for general information. They are not medical, legal, financial or security advice. Health topics are covered by our Health Disclaimer. Always check important decisions with a qualified professional.
Accuracy
We research carefully and link our sources, but information changes and mistakes happen. We don’t guarantee that every article is complete, current or error-free. If you spot an error, please tell us. Our Editorial Policy explains how we handle corrections. Product prices, availability and specifications are set by the seller and can change at any time, so check the current details on the seller’s site before you buy.
Affiliate links and other websites
Some links are affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure). When you buy from a store through our link, you’re buying from that store, under its terms. We don’t control other websites and aren’t responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
Our content
Articles, ebooks, images and the PrimeDigger name belong to PrimeDigger unless stated otherwise. You’re welcome to read, share links to and briefly quote our articles with a link back to the original page. Please don’t copy whole articles, republish our content or use it to train or feed commercial AI products without written permission.
Ebook purchases
- Checkout: ebooks are sold through Payhip, which processes the payment. Payhip’s own terms also apply to the checkout.
- Delivery: you get a download link right after payment.
- Licence: each ebook is for your personal use. Please don’t share, resell or post the files publicly.
- Refunds: if your download doesn’t work, you received the wrong file, or you were charged twice, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll fix it or refund you. Because ebooks are delivered instantly, we don’t otherwise refund purchases once a file has been downloaded, unless the law in your country gives you a right to a refund.
- Content: ebooks share the same information-only nature as our articles and don’t replace professional advice.
Using the site
Please don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to hack it, overload it, scrape it at scale, or send spam through the contact form.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, PrimeDigger is provided “as is”, and we aren’t liable for losses that result from relying on our content or from buying products we mention. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without taking away any protection the consumer laws of your own country give you.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
